Refund policy
At Granford Sisters, we are dedicated to delivering products that meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene. To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, please review our return policy carefully before submitting a request.
1. Returns Within 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original condition
- It may only have been tried on briefly to check fit and appearance
- It must not show any signs of wear beyond what would be expected during a fitting
- It must be completely free from any odours (including perfume, deodorant, smoke, or similar)
Garments may of course be tried on, but they must not have been worn outside, kept on for extended periods, or used in everyday situations such as events or other occasions.
2. Starting a Return
All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

Please include the following details:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for the return
Step 2: Approval Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide full return instructions along with the correct return address.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for organising and covering the return shipment.
This includes:
- Selecting a suitable shipping provider
- Paying all return delivery costs
- Ensuring the parcel is safely delivered to our facility
We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or fail to arrive.
4. Refunds & Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a £0 restocking fee.
Once your return has been received and inspected:
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
The total refunded amount will not be reduced by any restocking fee.
Processing time:
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account once it has been approved.
5. Inspection of Returned Items
All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival.
- If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed
- If it does not meet the requirements, the return will be declined
Rejected items can be shipped back to you upon request, at your own expense.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, you will need to:
- Return your original item in line with this policy
- Place a new order through our website
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility.
In such cases:
- We will cover the full return shipping cost
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method
You will not be required to pay any return fees for faulty or damaged items.
