All orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 working days (Monday to Friday) after your purchase is confirmed.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on business days are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
1.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Dispatch time: 0–1 working days (Monday–Friday)
- Estimated delivery time: 2–8 working days (Monday–Friday)
- Total delivery time: 2–9 working days
Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to high demand, logistical delays, or external factors such as weather conditions.
1.3 Shipping Location
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We offer free delivery on all orders, with no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
1.5 Delivery Provider
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail, ensuring a reliable and secure delivery service.
Tracking is provided with every shipment.
1.6 Failed Delivery Attempts
We prioritise home delivery for all orders. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, or if delivery cannot be completed safely, or if the parcel cannot fit through your letterbox, Royal Mail may redirect the parcel to a local collection point for secure pickup.
